Bowfield now charge £20pp extra to use facilities on top of the almost £100 per treatment cost. Pool is often filled with either kids or oaps, jacuzzi is tiny (outdoor one is great though), and the steam room has cracked tiles which I cut my foot in recently. Shame as it used to be great, now a rip off for mediocre facilities.
