Comment	I've a colleague who said this basically. 2020 was not good obviously but a. A&E admissions and injuries were down and b. some sense it was temporary. 2021 had COVID plus a return of injuries as lockdown ended plus burnout. Then 2022, swathes of good people validly went 'fuck this'.
