| Comment | Depends on what you're looking for. I have a top floor 2 bed tenement in the east end, neighbours are quiet genuinely never hear much noise other than their kids playing with toys etc sometimes after school. Close, garden etc all kept tidy. Yes some problems with mould/damp etc but a dehumidifier has sorted this issue for us and just ensuring we keep the flat ventilated. For us, its affordable, solid and suits our needs at this moment in our life (late 20s) |
