Biggest difference is however, drivers tend to be encased in 100kg+ of glass and steel and something that could be a relatively minor accident for someone in a car could mean a life changing injury or death for someone on a bike.
This whataboutery shit is beyond boring now and is never going to solve anything anyway. As someone who both drives and rides a bike I think that we need to collectively push for better infrastructure planning and implementation that's fit for purpose and actually helps to improve peoples lives. Transport in Glasgow is a complete joke. Here's an idea - instead of getting angry at some cunt who's just trying to get to their work on time or make enough to put food on the table, when not get pissed off with the folk who actually have the power to change things? |
