Comment | I’m in a congregational Church (protestant) so it might be different to COS etc. you don’t join, as such, you just go. Generally sit anywhere.
Then if a time comes where you want to be a member of the church you can speak to the minister about it. The only difference between a member and non member is a non member can’t have a vote in any constitutional issue (which is rare anyway)
Free to come, no obligation to give any money whatsoever. No confession. No taken aside by the minister if he notices you etc. mines a very easy going church. It’s pretty chilled. |
