I have seen properties in shawlands and surrounding areas as being advertised for say offers over 140 and the home report showing 170!!! Then you will get people coming in and offering 15 / 20% OVER that again, I have no idea where the money is coming from, but southside , westend are basically 100% unaffordable if your single and are not well up the housing ladder already !
