That’s exactly what I’ve been scratching my head about, if you had that much accessible cash on hand why in gods name would you use it to buy an overpriced 1 bedroom flat!, And not a nice wee house. Surely also these people will get absolutely clobbered when market contractions happen and they are smacked into negative equity 🤔
