Comment	Pre-lockdown it was announced that they were going to open a new Wetherspoons where the Waverley tea rooms were but its still sat empty. I wonder if this is now going ahead and they are closing this one in luie of that or that its really just down to poor trade. No matter the reason its rubbish, I always loved a wee wetherspoons breakfast walking distance from my flat.
