Put my offer in the first week of lockdown in March 2020, felt my job was secure enough to just go for it, the only other buyer pulled out,took 6 months to get my keys, was an interesting experience.
Apparently I created a panic in the estate agent as I was the first one to buy after the lockdown announcement and they took it as a sign they where about to get a HUGE downturn. How wrong they where. |
