I've had 3 offers on recently on two bed flats (one in battlefield, one in Cathcart, one in Shawlands). All 3 went to closing and my offer (which was 10k over home report for each of the them) wasn't enough. For two of them I know I was the lowest bigger. Market is crazy at moment
