25% over, thats quite a lot. I was bidding on a flat with HR of 320k and my offer of 355 was second last. It went for 400k and required anither 50k investement. But it was 1.5year ago. Other flat was HR was 285k and it webt for 350k. Crazy, I thought it got better now but apparently nit much.
