| Comment | What will continue to happen is that the wealthy will continue to hoard as many properties as possible, driving the prices up and then charging double or triple for rent or whatever the fuck they please. This isn’t right or normal and requires a fundamental systemic change. It’s basically creating a society where an average person may end up homeless very easily and the wealthy class will be the only one owning all the assets and/or be able to live in a home.
