There is [this place on Vicky Raid](https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/131415890#/?channel=RES_LET) for £350. Cue folks squealing about the dangers of Govanhill. Sigh. It's not that bad, I used to live there until recently. Good links into the city (bike, bus, and train). Heck, even walking doesn't take that long. Good luck!
