So you'll know that the driver shortages are down to First's policies and treatment of staff then? Additionally, that word of mouth about said policies & treatment has affected recruitment?

Facing problems of their own making.

Then there's the successive bad choices in choice of fleet. Bendy buses that didn't work out and had to be shipped on. Sealed climate controlled buses that averaged 5-6mpg. Stop-start buses where they had to disable that functionality due to driver error, faults and lack of maintenance Electric buses that have a litany of problems including low battery capacity, forced cut-outs at low charge levels, being speed limited to 44mph despite using dual carriageways and motorways. The delay in charging facilities at depots, including not realising that their HV mains supply was insufficient for their planned fleet.

I could go on, but all you'll do is downvote and blame other road users.
