I think it is actually being underreported how fucked this situation is. I used to live in Boston so just looked at the pedestrian deaths in greater Boston as a comparison. Last year 11 pedestrians were killed in greater Boston which has about 5 million people. Greater Glasgow at 625k population has 6 pedestrian deaths in the last 2 weeks.

We are at developing country levels. This is a crisis and is totally unacceptable
