It’s gone to shit again. 3rd call made there, same pish but now saying estimated fix date 15th at 9am and he claims it’s £8.04 compensation for every day affected - I asked if this applies with it being intermittent and he said yeah, although I dare say when I complain, it won’t be noted on my account.
