I agree with hamas, even if you could, you probably shouldn't.
There's safe bits of disused railway to explore out east of the city, I spent lockdown finding sections of the tracks that used to lead to the now derelict Carmyle rail viaduct. You also probably shouldnt climb up on it, but there's easy access from the Carmyle side :)
