I seen a cyclist on a small road bike clip an elderly woman at university avenue/byres road cross and cycle off. She had to be helped off the road and have an ambulance called. Suspected broken arm. At that age breaking a bone can serenely reduce life expectancy.
Running red lights is endangering life no matter what vehicle.
