Comment	Rather patronising. Maybe you should try going out a long walk or a cycle to relieve some of that stress. Again, nothing was aimed at you specifically, you chose to see it that way because you have your back up about something. Not having too much fun, bit cold and windy on my long walk to work but the fresh air is doing me good. Have a great day at work
