You're putting the cart before the horse here, there needs to be better transit options before people will give up on cars.
Better park and ride options on the outskirts would help. Shield Rd is a decent example, but others further out with a decent transit service into the town would make sense. And have them running past 10pm at night, we're not schoolchildren. |
