What services?
I’d say very little of chance of them being early. Bus operators deal with early running very harshly as it affects their ops license. It also flashes up red on a controllers computer and they will be on the case telling the bus to slow down.
Most likely buses falling so far behind schedule that they are running to the time of another bus.
Bus services are deregulated so it’s a free market. It’s less about needing to take services off them and more about competition. Anybody who thinks they can do a better job is free to step in run a bus service. There is not a big queue of willing suitors. I know you’re just having a rant but that’s the reality of a privatised bus service. |
