Viccy Rd or any of the planned £433million network of cycle lanes only give cover when you are in those lanes . The rest of the city and outside the city limits will be full of angry motorists . 10K action cams given freely to cycling clubs ,people that bought new bikes , people that used bike to work scheme . Have Police Scotland start up the promised portal for them accepting video evidence . If that were done and the police and courts acted upon it the cycling everywhere would be safe |
