| Comment | I live in a property with Lowther. My tips for applying:
- make sure you’ve pre-filled the application form and once the property you like comes up just change/add the name and price in the application and send it to info@lowtherhomes.com directly with all the docs attached and with the address of the property in the title
- compose an email, attach all docs and let it sit in your drafts so it’s only a click away
- be fast - these flats are usually high quality and cheap so as you can imagine there’s loads of people applying. I replied within less than a minute to them with a full application and docs and I think that’s how I managed to get my current flat. It’s extremely difficult though and I had gone through many failed attempts before.
You will get a response only when you’ve been offered a viewing.
You won’t be able to get in touch with them unless you’re already renting - they do it on purpose due to demand. Imagine if everyone who’s struggling to get a flat called them?
