Comment	Cineworld maybe. No one goes to the movies anymore, and a tower that big filled with food, you could house a fair number of people. Collect rain from the roof for water and you can build out bridges to the nearby rooftops when you need to start moving. Either that or one of the buildings at four corners for the exact same thing. Living in thr city centre could be a hassle but if you do it right you have pathways above street level for miles and all the materials you need to survive and thrive. Eventually you could also clear out the clockwork orange and get all over the city, with a bonus of the subway cara for pit stops and supply depots. Id also look into the supposed tunnel systems below glasgow for movement purposes. The place is a fucking maze but apparently you can get from one side of the city to the other through one combination of tunnels or another. Might just be hearsey mind you. I do have my own special secret spot where i plan to go to if non nuclear shit hits the fan, but im not giving that out for nobody. Its a place i used to squat in my crust punk teen years a few miles out of the city that has an honest to god groundwater well in the basement and maybe a working generator or two if someone hasnt nicked them in the decade since i was last there. Well out of the way of people, reasonably defensible and within a half hour walk of somewhere its pretty easy to hunt for food. Id suggest looking for similar places on google maps if you want some smart and savy suvivors who are actually making a go of it.
