| Comment | 1 bed ground floor tenement - just checked and I paid £127 in January, which was my highest month by a fair margin. We have the heating on probably 2hrs a day on average and cook on a gas hob, average electricity use. Prepay meter.
Caveat being that me & my partner are often away overnight for work 2-3 days in a week, so a couple of times a month our flat will sit empty for up to 72hrs |
