| Comment | It would need people to take some degree of responsibility. Parents to do better with their children, to tell them off for throwing litter on the street. People to pick up after their dogs. A collective sense of civic responsibility.
There seems to be this weird pride about Glasgow being like some kind of frontier-like place where rules don't apply and an underlying sneer at any attempt at improvement. It's kind of disheartening at times. |
