I never said they were plurality of a majority, you asked what I meant and I said a lot, which isn't the same thing.
Again, I never said anything about crime. In hindsight I wouldn't of used the word ghetto as what you took from it ain't what I meant by it. But I stand by those two streets are still not very nice places for the reasons we both mentioned which is more the point I was trying to make.
