Comment	The people’s palace is open and definitely not derelict. I think you are thinking of The winter gardens that were attached to the back. What was done to them is cultural vandalism frankly. But I’d advocate to get footfall back to peoples palace so that we can show that there’s the visitor numbers to warrant it being reinstated.
