Comment	I don’t think that most property owners could have foreseen that they’d have to fork out millions to keep their home upright. While some in Shawlands can arguably afford it- it’s setting a precedent for tenement dwellers city wide. I see it the same as multi-storey recladding etc. it’s just stuff that needs done. Yeah it looks nicer but it’s entirely necessary.
