You do realise the Police aren’t self-employed and they all follow the same procedures? If the situation arises that any officer needs to pursue a vehicle or criminal, the response warranted wouldn’t vary from officer to officer due to lack of funds. It would come down to that officers personal ability I.e. if the officer is alone or in an unmarked vehicle etc |
