If it's a 4 way junction and all lights are at red because the green man is on, then as long as they're not barrelling into pedestrians why shouldn't cyclists go at that point?
Surely it's far safer for a cyclist to get a 10-15 second start and come up to speed than go from static with cars immediately up their arse?
