I see your point but I was referring to the main parts of the city. All streets are illuminated and not one of the accidents happened in unlit areas from what I have noticed.
As a cyclist and pedestrian in the city I am routinely gobsmacked at the risks drivers take with excessive shirt bursts of speed.
In reality it should be possible for pedestrians to make a mistake and not face death as a result of that mistake. |
