| Comment | This subreddit is full of moaners. Aye the litter is a problem and there's a fair amount of boarded up shops in town (like every city in the western world). But town is always hoaching on weekends and the pub/club/gig/etc scene is still brilliant, the number and quality of restaurants in the city centre/Westend/Southside continues to go up, cultural events still happen all over the place year round, all the museums, galleries, parks etc are as nice as they've ever been, and it's still cheaper to live/visit than Edinburgh |
