| Comment | I’m no expert but my understanding is if you’ve moved your kitchen to a different room then I think that’s called a ‘change of purpose’ which requires planning permission. As you don’t have this I think you’ll have to apply for retrospective planning permission and hope it gets approved. If not, you’d unfortunately need to move it back.
