| Comment | From what I've seen, compared to Glasgow, Stirling Council is practically Tokyo. Glasgow having sold off all the council houses to private companies, The ammount of fly tipping and general dirtyness even in the City Center is appaling. In Stirling even the most rural areas are well maintained and the housing stock is kept to very high standards and you actually have control over what you do with your house |
