A masters *in what*? You have a degree *in what*? Do you have language skills (i.e. is English a second language)?

If applying for "low end" jobs, don't mention you're degree or masters. You're a student, you need work around your studies, end of. Unless the job is in your field of interest of course.

It has alway been tough getting your first "proper" job. It was bullshit bingo in my day, now it's buzzword numbers game and getting through the automated filters.

Always jobs for talented people going at meetups at the like. Get to them, get networking.

Fast food, esp. delivery (I did that as a second job most evenings), is a good shout. So long as you a willing to be a cog in a machine.

I am told retail is brutal to get a job in. Warehouse work can pay well, but the hours can be odd and the work sometimes heavy.
