I had a lot of issues with First Mortgage, didnt listen to me, didnt understand the implications of trying to remortgage after a seperation (it was quite simple but they didnt deal with it correctly which caused a lot of extra hassle and expense). Then they emailed me every few days trying to get review because they relied on the review for their pay
