There’s a tool in it that shows trends in sold prices over the last few months.
Seems Glasgow prices are pretty much unchanged.
Most surrounding areas are too, east dun has went down slightly but nothing major.
So far it looks like there won’t be a crash, as I thought sales have dropped but prices have remained static.
Still a while to go to the 6 month mark though! |
