Heavy rugs and noise cancelling headphones. Probably not a lot else you can realistically do. If you have original wooden flooring, you could get it all lifted and fill in the cavity with something dense like cork-mulch for sound-deadening as there's possibly not anything in between their ceiling and your floor., but this only makes sense if you own the place.
