| Comment | Ok, it would be very, very expensive. It would run directly under a lot of peoples houses. It would impact popular business (inn deep? Roots and fruits?). It would sever the Kelvin walkway. Not to mention having an actual train rumbling through the botanics and kelvingrove. All for serving an extra line to an area of the city which.... is the richest and best served for public transport anyway.
