Comment | It stands to reason if we are talking about reopening the old finnieston-botanics line, using its old tunnels which go under the botanics, past kelvinbridge, in the old tunnel by inn deep, under gwr to the botanics. You can extrapolate fairly easily it would have a bunch of negative effects for questionable benefits.
Cost wise we could look at similar schemes (eg trams in edinburgh, manchester etc) and assume in 2020s price it will not be cheap. |
