100%. The long term good a Greater Glasgow Metro would do, not just in terms of the improvement in transport links, but environmentally, is huge. Think of how many fewer cars would be commuting into Glasgow if you could get a tram from East Kilbride, Kirky, Paisley etc. It might take a while and be disruptive in the process, but bring it on.
