| Comment | It's always been the case that restaurants must allow delivery drivers or indeed any contractor working at their location to use the toilet. Refusal to do so is an offence under the Work Place Regulations Act 1992.
Unfortunately some fast food joints have staff that seem to think it's ok to refuse the use of the toilet to delivery drivers. Not only is it illegal, its subhuman conduct to refuse a person the use of a toilet. |
