| Comment | thanks for the info - been trying to get in touch with all of the flat owners in the block, but two of them are private rentals and the letting agents are useless at chasing up the landlords. The woman on the ground floor is getting more concerned so I think through the council might be the way to go a I don't have time to personally chase up absent landlords for cash. Do you know how I would go about doing this? had a look on the council website and couldn't see a clear process, should I just try and call building standards? |
