Comment	I was once driving a colleague to a location in England and he looked at the speedometer, which said 70. He looked at me and said 'you're doing 70.' 'Yes, I am'. 'Why not 80?' 'Because 70 is the speed limit'. To which he grunted annoyedly as I kept to the speed limit.
