| Comment | If the conditions warrant it eg. road narrows, surface becomes worse, actual work being done next to road then most driver will slow down instinctively.
However if the conditions don't change and there's just an arbitrary speed limit change then most people for naturally ignore it and keep going at 60/70.
It's up to the entity managing the roads to design it better. |
