Comment | Sounds exactly like me. Book was great, not preachy, and I related to a lot in it. Downloaded the app and I liked tracking my weekly intake. Was proud when I had a good week, then Christmas fucked it. I shouldn’t have recorded my Christmas booze - worst time of the year to do something like that. Felt guilty then just stopped using it.
I even feel better reading your comment. If a wee sub group was set up, it would be helpful for me to hear stuff like this, and not just give up on trying to make a wee change for the better. |
