| Comment | I live on a first floor tenement and everything was great until new people moved in upstairs and now I absolutely hate living there and I'm just waiting for something that comes on the market (luckily I'm renting) that fits the bill and I'll be out of there. They walk around flat footed and noise is expected but it's 1/2/3/4am on week days, I've spoke to them and their landlord but nothing has been done.

I'd happily move into a top floor as I never hear a peep from below and even if it's a bit of background noise I don't mind it's the sound of stamping overhead while I'm trying to sleep I can't handle. |
