| Comment | If you were to open and build a new entertainment business, let's say a five-a-side arena. As part of Planning you would have to demonstrate how people would park or get to and from the arena by public transport or permission would not be granted.
This could easily be enforced the next time Rangers or Celtic want to have planning consent. Surely the fans themselves would also welcome that, nice transport links to where they want to be? |
