Both clubs advise their supporters to use public transport as the surrounding area is unsuitable for a large influx of private cars.
If private coach operators and private individuals are not following the procedures or advice there is little another private organisation can do to enforce that away from the space they control. Hampden obviously demonstrate they have the provision in place to support the event. |
